One of our favourite single-origin coffee. Comes straight from the well-known farm of Ipanema Brazil. It is a very balanced coffee, ideal for both an espresso and pour over methods like V60 & Chemex.
Bitter Chocolate & hazelnut together with a balanced & elegant acidity of citrus fruits and orange. All mixed nicely with a long-lasting vanilla aftertaste.
Variety: Yellow Bourbon.
Altitude: 1350m.
Process: Pulped Natural.
