Kawacom's Mesa Geitonia is looking for a full-time Shift Leader to join our team in a friendly, welcoming, and well-organized working environment.

Shift Supervisor Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Open and close the store according to company procedures.
• Take full responsibility for the smooth operation of your shift.
• Prepare and manage Barista schedules and be available to work rotating shifts.
• Coordinate, support, and motivate the team throughout each shift.
• Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company standards and store procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and manage product orders.

Requirements

• Passion for coffee and previous experience in the coffee industry and/or other customer service sectors.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
