Kawacom's Mesa Geitonia is looking for a full-time Barista to join our team in a friendly, welcoming, and well-organized working environment.

At Kawacom's, coffee is more than just a drink—it's an experience. Since 2014, we have been serving premium-quality coffee made from 100% Arabica beans, sourced directly from Ipanema Coffee Farm in Brazil. With 30 stores across Cyprus, we continue to grow, driven by our passion for quality, exceptional customer service, and coffee culture.

Requirements

• Friendly personality with a positive attitude
• Team player
• Responsible and reliable
• At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar position
• Passion for coffee and outstanding customer service

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with a smile
• Prepare coffees and beverages according to Kawacom's quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned work area
• Work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the store
• Be punctual and reliable with working hours
